Madeleine Raiford-Holland is the founder of MHM Luxury Properties, a 7-figure boutique short term rental investor, and entrepreneur. Since originally starting as a lifestyle influencer in 2016 she has grown her reach, but narrowed her focus to short term rental and real estate investing. He is passionate about creating financial freedom through STRs.

His partner in crime and beautiful wife helps him run their STR business. They have been married now for 5 years and are expecting their first kiddo in November 2024! Alex loves to be outdoors - camping, hiking, and whitewater rafting. He also works part-time as a whitewater raft guide on the Ocoee River during the summer. Being on the water is a passion of his that started in college and has never stopped!
